BACK TO SCHOOL MANIA

It's school time again...woooaaaaahhh! I miss school so much :(
But at least I had this one day to reminisce my school life.After my afternoon routine I took this chance to sneak out from work and went shopping for school supplies, to which I enjoy so much.And as I went on with my so called school-supplies-shopping these were what caught my eye:

a certain man carefully scrutinizing the bag as the promo laid down his best sales talk ever....

             (this reminds me of my service crew days----my earlier life....oh how I miss dealing with different

              people from different walks of life)

                                ladies busy with all these notebooks...back in time what I love about my notebooks 

  are the pictures of my favorite celebrity...

and how about these kids.......(oh!never been to like this when I was a kid,

                          we just purchase our school supplies from a nearby market-)

                                        what supposed to be the dialogue of this pic?,perhaps it goes like this:

                             this one's my favorite: I just wonder why this "papa' went shopping for school  supplies,

                             usually it is the mother right? but nevertheless :Bravo to this father!And speaking of father,

                             June is actually a "Father's Month".Advance Happy Father's Day to all the Tatay,Papa,

                            Papang, Papsy, Daddy in the whole wide universe, specially to my dearest Papa Anor!!!

                                   and what about these three ladies....reminds me of my high school days

                         I love binder notebooks back in those days, well actually that was the "IN" thing that time

I also have my own requirements-list, not for me but for my sisters who are thank God in high school now..(konting tiis na lang ..at makapagtapos na rin sila)

                                          and this has been my school supplies basket........
And finally, the sneak out was perfect and so enjoying.. Too bad I can't bring along my sisters with me, must be more enjoyable bonding moment if they're with me.But anyway,there's still another time to bond with them.So this has been me..now reporting back to work..hahahahaha!And before this blog ends: wanna share my favorite quote when I was in my elementary years that I always wrote in every front page of my notebook.

Have you ever wonder why everything forbidden are the sweetest?What is with that?Is it a statement of fact or it's just psychological thing? Ouucccccccccchhhhhhh! this gave me headache! Wish I could find the answers soon as I continue with my endless quest.

PRO RH BILL - a reply to our tribe poll

In my simple point of view - the way I understand it:

True enough RH Bill promotes the use of artificial or modern family planning methods and supplies, however it does not prohibits us, Filipino citizen to choose the natural way.

I believe that this bill wants to promote a good quality life and right to proper health care for the Filipino citizens, for it aims to educate specially the poor and those living in the most remote parts of our country because we can’t deny the fact that they are fully equipped with enough knowledge (though not all) with the proper use of natural or modern family planning method, thus promoting responsible parenthood.

and let me quote some of it's guiding principles that help me decide:

SECTION 3: GUIDING PRINCIPLES

1."Freedom of choice, which is central to the exercise of right, must be fully guaranteed by the State;"

3."The State shall promote, without bias, all effective natural and modern methods of family planning that are medically safe and legal;"

9."While this Act recognizes that abortion is illegal and punishable by law, the government shall ensure that all women needing care for post-abortion complications shall be treated and counseled in a humane, non-judgmental and compassionate manner;"

11."Gender equality and women empowerment are central elements of reproductive health and population and development;"

MY ONLINE WORLD - PART TWO - MY JOURNEY WITH TRIBU SUBAKANON

“ A journey of a thousand miles must begins with a single step”

It all started somewhere in Doha, Qatar  on October 28, 2010 at around 5:00 PM (Doha Time – wonder what time is it here in Pinas- arrghh! My arithmetic mind doesn’t work time..tsk!tsk!), when an idea of creating a group page on FB pop up in the Genius Mind of our dear Admin.

And with a BIIIIIGGGGGGGGG BANG! TRIBU SUBAKANON was born! A simple FB group that started with more or less 30 members.

Wonder about these ladies? They’re just the first to post and made comments. Figured it out? As much as I wanted to dig the first post, huhuhhuhu! I just really can’t. My goodness! I need to back track atleast 4000 posts! (Keri nyo yun??)

It was until  Ms Alicia Debuayan Yanquin was asked to join the tribe that gave birth  the mother of the tribe  to whom we now  refer as “Mader A”.

Days go by, more and more members were added........

..........until then I stepped into the scene which marked the beginning of my colorful online journey.

As the tribe continues its journey more and more developments were made until the idea of creating TRIBE LOGO came out. And to add color to the brainstorming of what the design must be: “TRIBE LOGO MAKING CONSTEST”, with a real price of course not virtual anymore was then conceptualized. Noticed where that single step lead us? There it goes: ideas flashing and these designs were made out of that artistic and creative side of our tribe.

But then in every contest, only one winner must emerge. Since these designs were made by  fellow tribuletz, choosing the logo for the tribe was done through voting.Until, finally the winner has been selected and posted.

And the winner is…………tadaaaaaaaaaaaaa…………!

Hats off to Mr. Danny Jasper  for the wonderful creation! Kudos Sir!Now I know whom to call if I need a graphic artist!..(chos!)

Tribe has become livelier as more and more members are added each and every day. Yet we were busy with in the tribe, still we did not forget how the tribe emerged, once in a while we also visit ENERGY FM CEBU page.

Yet attached to online world we created, we still value the importance of strengthening the friendship that ties us through social and special gatherings in flesh.. It was sometime in December 2010 when we planned and push through our “FIRST ONLINE GALA NIGHT along with FIRST TRIBU SUBAKANON CHRISTMAS PARTY w/ ENERGY FM CEBU

Oh  my! Where are we on our journey?Awwts! Am I lost???...( chos lang! arrrggghhh! Am lost for words….)

Time flies stealthily, 2010 bid goodbye in our calendar but then opens the door for 2011.

Again another year for the tribe, which means another milestone in our journey as a family in our online world. Though we have been to some rough road, thanks to God for we still manage to make it through, others chose a separate field and continue their journey on their own. We had celebrated our first monthsary, second, third, fourth and fifth.  

                

Though there are times when our friendship within the tribe comes across rough roads as we continue with our journey, I am proud to say that our bond has its own magical way to iron things out. And it was only last April 21,2011 when another first for the tribuletz took place @ Blu Ref Beach Resort in MArigondon, LApu-lapu.The said event thus, strengthen the bond between the tribe members as we are about to celebrate our sixth monthsary.

As of this writing from atleast 30 different individual, now we’re almost 200 link together as one family with different outlook in life. This is indeed an awesome journey!  Oh I almost forgot we had just celebrated our sixth monthsary just this 28^th of April 2011, we also have our FANPAGE now – TRIBU SUBAKANON!.And I’m proud enough of myself that I am still part of this online friendship in this online world.Hey! I’ve been talking too much, rather writing too much, so bad of me! I thought I broke that pop to spell out the brains behind TRIBU SUBAKANON.Well!..well!..FRIENDS….LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, THERE SHE IS, OUR VERY OWN  ADMIN…. OUR ATE ANNE!
